Nominations for the annual Superuser Awards are now open. If you know a team that is innovating with open infrastructure while actively contributing to open source communities, this is your chance to recognize them. The deadline to submit a nomination is September 4, 2020.
Nominees will select to nominate their organization depending on its Open Infrastructure use case:
- AI / Machine Learning
- Edge Computing
- Data Center
This year, we will be recognizing award recipients by use case category.
The nominees and winners will be announced in October by the OpenStack Foundation and the previous winner.

Launched at the Paris Summit in 2014, the community has continued to award winners at every Summit to users who show how open infrastructure is making a difference and provide strategic value in their organization.
Previous winners include Baidu, City Network, AT&T, CERN, China Mobile, Comcast, NTT Group, the Tencent TStack Team and VEXXHOST. Wonder what they’re up to now? Superuser reached out to previous Award recipients to find out. We’ll be posting them for the next couple of weeks as a part of our “Where are they now?” series, leading up to our celebration of 10 years of OpenStack in July.
